In-Clinic Skincare: Any unopened skincare purchased in clinic can be returned within thirty (30) days of initial purchase for full refund. Defective or damaged product can be exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase. All skincare must be returned to the same location where initially purchased for a refund or exchange. Schedules can get hectic – we understand (and have all been there). You can easily reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior through the Ideal Image mobile app (available on iOS and Google) or by calling 800.BE.IDEAL. Missed appointments, or those canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, will be charged a no-show cancellation fee of $50 (plus tax, if applicable) to the credit card we have on file.
We will send you a confirmation reminder 5 days prior to your scheduled treatment. Please be sure to let us know that you’re coming at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise we will automatically cancel unconfirmed appointments. Please let us know if you can’t make it, and we can give your timeslot to another client that would like to come in.
To better serve you, we are no longer accepting cash payments at our clinics – instead we’ll make payments even easier. Just provide a credit card that we will keep on file for quicker, faster, more efficient payments.
Related to the above, we’ll now require that all Laser Hair Removal maintenance and Botox maintenance appointments have a credit card on file with us. You will not be charged in advance and can choose another form of payment if you wish, but there must be a valid card in our system to reserve your appointment.
If you have a past due balance, you will not be able to schedule an appointment until that amount is paid. We will also cancel appointments that are scheduled if your account becomes past due. We’ve all been there when something unexpected happens. If you’re experiencing any of the events below or would like a refund for the following reasons, here’s how to submit your request:
1. Relocation: If you’re moving to an area without an Ideal Image clinic within 60 miles, please provide a copy of rental agreement, mortgage contract, or utility bill confirming the date of your move and new address.
2. Military/Active Duty: Please submit a copy of your military/active-duty orders that includes the active-duty date and address. If you’ll be relocated to an area within 60 miles of an Ideal Image clinic, we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment at the location of your choosing; if not, we’ll process your refund. We’re grateful for your service.
3. Medical Exception/Pregnancy: Please provide documentation of your medical condition or pregnancy from our Ideal Image medical team or a third-party medical professional that confirms you can no longer receive your scheduled treatment
4. Peace-of-Mind Guarantee: Our goal is to make sure you get the Ideal Image experience within time frame you had in mind. To open a Peace-of-Mind Guarantee case, please provide confirmation that you have not received, or have not rescheduled, a partial or full treatment within 60 days of your purchase date. (If you’ve personally cancelled or rescheduled within 60 days, your purchase is not eligible for a refund.)
5. Change of Heart: It happens — and we understand. Please provide proof of your request to cancel (dated and time-stamped within 72 hours of your purchase) to request a refund.
