 Shantel Mueller, RN: Shantel received her nursing degree from Waukesha County Technical College. Her background includes critical care, gastrointestinal, and dialysis nursing. In her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. She has a great passion for caring for others and is excited to be a part of the Ideal Image team.

Trinka McCoy: Trinka was born in West Virginia and graduated from Marshall University (We Are Marshall!), with a Bachelors Degree in Humanities. She then moved to Columbus, Ohio, where she started a successful career in sales. After making Columbus her home for six wonderful years, Trinka was introduced to Ideal Image by a great friend, and was presented with the opportunity to try a new career in a new city and jumped at the chance! Trinka will contribute her fantastic attitude, infectious humor and her ambitious drive to the Milwaukee area centers in her position of lead sales and is looking forward to learning and growing with the Ideal Image family. One of her favorite accomplishments is having been named MVP of her kickball team, and winning the All-Star Kickball game!
