 Ideal Image of Louisville opened its doors in July 2006. This state of the art laser hair removal center is conveniently located on Springhurst Blvd. The center is situated next door to Shoe Carnival and Rainbow Blossom and across the street from Tinseltown. | F. Albert Olash Jr. M.D: Dr. Olash was born in Louisville, Kentucky one of 6 children. He attended Saint Xavier High School and Centre College. After that he went to University of Kentucky medical school. Dr. Olash pursued his residency in internal medicine at Louisiana State University medical school. Following his residency, he returned to Louisville to practice internal medicine with his father and brother, where he has been practicing for the last twenty plus years. He has two children, a daughter Olivia age 14, and a son, Clayton age 12. Dr. Olash and his family enjoy tennis, basketball, and boating. |

 Pretty Patel, PA-C, M.M.S: Hi, my name is Pretty. I came aboard with the opening of the Louisville center. I am a board certified Physician Assistant licensed in the state of Kentucky. I completed my undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I obtained my Masters in Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Prior to joining Ideal Image, I worked in the field of hepatology. My passion for esthetics and cosmetology made Ideal Image a perfect fit. I aim to make each guest comfortable by providing exceptional care.
 Heather Lange, NP: Hello, I am Heather and I am a Louisville native. I have recently joined the Louisville Ideal Image team as of April 2008. I am a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing. I then attended the University of Louisville where I received my Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner. I work part-time in a private practice in both Kentucky and Indiana, and plan to work with Ideal Image part-time as well. I have a wonderful, supportive husband of almost six years, Jason, and a beautiful daughter Hannah who is three years old. Outside of work I spend most of my free time with my family and friends, and I LOVE to scrapbook!

 Erin Dunn: Erin comes to us with a long history of sales and customer service. As a Louisville native, she attended Western Kentucky University and majored in Business Management. Her positive attitude and caring spirit make each guest feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door at Ideal Image. She’s happy to share her laser hair removal experience and guide our guests’ through the process. It is her goal to provide superior customer service to every Ideal Image guest. Her knowledge and enthusiasm allows each person to have an excellent experience!
 Shannon Bertagnoli: Shannon joined Ideal Image in June 2006, originally in Ft. Myers, FL. She recently moved to Louisville, and is thrilled to be working with the team in Louisville! She brings with her many years of customer service as well as a cosmetology background. She prides herself in meeting the needs and providing the best possible experience for all of our guests when visiting the Louisville Ideal Image!
 Tina Hogan: I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville. My professional experience includes management, customer service and sales in both the pharmaceutical and fitness industry. I have been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for more than 15 years and have a strong passion for helping people improve their self confidence, physical capabilities, and lead a healthy lifestyle. My favorite hobbies are spent outdoors at the lake boating, swimming, and waterskiing. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends at every chance I can get too.
I am committed to providing present and future guests a positive experience at Ideal Image. I love working with our team and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to be. Ideal Image has already done wonderful things for me both personally and professionally!

From 71 North or South
Take Gene Snyder (265) South.
Follow to Westport Rd.(Take this exit)
At the split continue to follow Westport Rd. to the right
Merge onto Westport and follow to the 2nd stop light.
Turn right onto Springhurst Blvd.
