 The Charlotte Ideal Image office, conveniently located in the 6000 Building on Fairview Rd. across from the South Park Mall, opened its doors to an excited public in February of 2005. Both of our providers bring a warm smile to work daily and treat their Guests with exceptional care.
 Kay Cox, MSN, APRN, BC: Kay joined Ideal Image in September 2005 and is our lead provider. Kay graduated Magna Cum Laude from UNC-Greensboro with a BSN in 1999. She worked as a Registered Nurse for six years in orthopedics, while obtaining her Master’s Degree. She graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a MSN in 2005. Kay is currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina as well as a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Kay has also served as a lecturer in the College of Health and Human Services at UNC-Charlotte. Kay is married and has two children, Jayde and Madison.
 Laura Agerton, RN: Laura came to Ideal Image in April 2007. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Gardner Webb University in 1994. Laura is a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina. She has worked as a medical surgical nurse in Rehabilitation, Detox and Corrections. Laura is married and has a son, Jonathan. We welcome you to Ideal Image Charlotte and urge you to ask questions and get to know the staff.

Our Guest Services staff takes great pride in assuring each Guest will have the "Ideal Experience."
 Amanda Shinn - Guest Services Consultant: Amanda came to Ideal Image in August of 2007. She is a native of Charlotte. Amanda graduated from Western Carolina University in 2003, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. She also brings years of experience in sales and marketing to the Charlotte Center.
Kristine Kaminer - Call Center Manager: Kristine joined Ideal Image in December 2007. She brings with her several years of experience in the mortgage industry and in her free time she enjoys traveling and bikram yoga.
Chyncia Brown - Call Center Manager: Chyncia comes to us from Washington D.C. where she has had experience as a sales manager with a local medical spa. Her and her fiance love to travel in their spare time. They are very excited to be here in Charlotte.
