 Cindy Lao, APRN-BC: Cindy joined the Ideal Image family in late 2007. She graduated from University of Alabama in Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and continued to get a Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree at North Georgia College State & University. Before joining Ideal Image, Cindy worked several years in the pediatric hospital and pediatrician office. On her time off, Cindy enjoys being active in their church youth group and spending time with her husband, family, and dog.

 Elisa Cashin: An Atlanta native, Elisa resides in Alpharetta on a horse farm. A self proclaimed "people person" Elisa is excited about joining the Alpharetta Team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, training ex-racehorses, gardening, and playing with her Great Dane, Mabel.
 Amy Campbell: Amy joined Ideal Image in 2005 bringing with her a long history of customer service and office management experience. Her enthusiasm, high energy and caring spirit are truly contagious and it makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk into the Alpharetta office. Amy enjoys seeing the change in the demeanor of each guest as they move through their series of treatments – “the metamorphosis”, as she calls it. Known as the “Master of MacGyver meals”, Amy spends her free time cooking (she loves Italian and her favorite website is epicurious.com) reading trilogies, and playing with her precious kids, Maxwell and Katelyn. She is currently working on a book highlighting the adventures of Max and Katelyn.

 Thomas James Morrow, MD: Dr. Morrow has over 20 years experience as a managed care executive in a variety of positions. His wide experience includes more than a decade of clinical practice, executive regional oversight of quality management and utilization management services for a national healthplan, serving as an NCQA surveyor for more than a decade, design, implementation and maintenance of disease management programs for disease and conditions including: inflammatory arthritis, depression, several chronic pain syndromes, multiple sclerosis as well as the traditional common chronic diseases.
He is a sought-after speaker having completed hundreds of speaking engagements at national meetings on a variety of topics including: pharmacy management, medical management, disease management, specialty pharmacy and for the past 5 years the exciting fields of genomics and biotechnology.
Dr. Morrow now brings his broad experience to a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry. His most current endeavor is nearing completion: the implementation of disease management programs for a chronic disease treated with expensive biologic drugs at some of the leading specialty pharmacies in the US.
